"We went with John to replace old carpets after buying our home. There are visible seams in each room and the carpets are only 6 weeks old. I contacted John to see if he could come by and fix it but he won’t return my calls."

"OK so I used John to carpet my basement (2nd Time). The installers installed the carpet which looked good to the untrained eye this was three years ago when they installed it mind you this is a two adult family so wear and tear is minimal on the rug. As off now 6-21 I see every seem that they cut into the rug. In the middle of a hallway they cut a square piece of rug and now that seams scream out at you its so visible. John was a nice guy good price but the installers on my job should have been fired. My carpet looks terrible three years later. Carpet is only good as the installers installing it and they failed. Sorry John never again."

"The installer was erratic & hard to understand bc there was a language barrier. He also asked me if I had a trowel he could use. I thought this was odd since every tradesman I hired always carried necessary tools for a job! He got the carpet glued down as requested but seemed like he rushed to get finished despite him also being late to arrive! Mediocre job at best. I would not recommend !"
