Once purchased he measured the space, and walked us through the different types of edges we wanted. He installed on the date promised and followed up with additional services to insure the counter met our expectations. "I have worked with Bella for years and can't say enough about them!! I am a local kitchen designer and Bella has handled my client's jobs as well as my own personal kitchen. My clients really like them and a few are very specific that they want Rick to do all there jobs. Rick is very picky and pays close attention to even the littlest details. Because he does the template, fabrication and installs there is no information lost in translation between those 3 processes. Most shops have a crew that does the template, another that fabricates the actual pieces and a third crew that installs them. I have found over the years this is where most of the errors occur. As in life, things do come up and Rick handles them quickly and professionally. If he made an error her corrects it and if the error is someone else's he is always the first to jump in and help solve the problem! This is a huge asset to me with multiple jobs going on I need someone I can trust to be honest and efficient. The quality of his work is one of the best I have seen.
