Chef Themis is extremely talented who created an exquisite dining experience with local cuisine. He treated us like royalty at every meal. Manos, our amazingly skilled steward and wine sommelier, attended to our every need. Themis' and Manos' talent for pairing the meals with regional wines, created a memorable experience. The teamwork among the crew was truly remarkable, making us feel safe and entertained at all times. We were in the hands of seasoned professionals who genuinely cared about us. Our time on the New Horizons 3 with Captain Popi, Chef Themis, and Steward Manos was simply extraordinary. We're already looking forward to planning our next charter trip to the Ionian Islands.
