"We booked a hotel in downtown San Diego for a conference. This company moved us to a different hotel 20 min out of where we needed to be, put us in different hotels for different nights, and told us we had no choice and could not cancel. When we said we wanted to stay in the hotel we agreed to for our stay, they said it wasn’t available. We checked, saw that it was, then said they didn’t want to pay for it because they already canceled our reservation and switched our itinerary. Alex didn’t call us back and fought with us about it. Do not recommend."
