"I called worldwide travel agency , a very rude women answered the phone Arlene Kurr who said she was the owner I told her I need her expert opinion on planning a trip she asked me what was my budget , I really didn't have a budget because I don't know what it costs to travel on a tour , so I asked her what she thinks for a 10 to 7 day trip just a ball park , still very rude said I can't help you if you don't know what you want to spend or where you want to go . so I said about 20,000.00 . I thought that's what a travel agencys do , she told me to look on line for Information about where I what to go or I can come in and get a brochure! then her phone was ringing on another line ,she said she will keep in touch she had to get the other call . I called her back to ask if she was going to help me find anything, she said I don't think were a good fit and call another agency !! Ive never been treated so rude from someone who just talked to me on the phone and is supposed to be in the hospitality business .I do see why people by pass travel agents and book on their own , who needs to be treated with such disrespect !!"
