"We had new flooring installed in a very large room, bathroom, and 2 hallways. It looks amazing and is great quality. The only caution I have is to make sure you get an accurate estimate. The person who gave us the quote was not the installer. When the installer came to do the work, it could not be done exactly how we had requested (and were given an estimate for), and ended up costing more because they underestimated the materials needed. We suggested that in the future, they should take a video to show the installer what was discussed, but our suggestion was brushed off, and we still had to pay for the extra materials. I do still recommend this company. Just be sure that the installer knows exactly what you expect."
