"My husband and I purchased stone for a cellar entry along with the stone corners. We were told if we ended up with extra corners they could be returned as long as they were clean. We had extra corners and went yo to take them back. They would not take them back. We were also told to look at the receipt as it also advises customers. Make sure what you are told in the yard by the workers is verified inside. Outside/inside workers are not on the same page. Very dissatisfied customer."

"I have had six scheduled delivery days for a simple granite step. Each time the delivery doesn’t arrive, Pico has a different excuse - first it was that the driver went home early, then there was a flat tire on the truck, then another issue with the truck, and for the last several times they just haven’t shown up. This last scheduled date was a no-show despite my receiving a confirmation text in the morning that the delivery was on the truck and that I would be receiving a call from driver an hour before his/her arrival. Phoned today, and for the *first time* heard that they’ve *never* actually had the piece in stock and that it was always scheduled to be delivered by the manufacturer? They have now promised to deliver a different piece than what was originally ordered, one that they actually have in their yard? I will update this review should that piece actually be delivered, but for now I remain skeptical. On the bright side, they are always perfectly pleasant when sharing completely erroneous information."

"Not sure if these folks concentrate more on the contractor than a private homeowner, but while this business was recommended to us I can't recommend them. We placed a patio stone order June 23rd. We were told that they would call us when it came in. Time passes with no word, so I make a follow up call and am informed the product is in and I can have it delivered when I want it. I set it up for the next day : Wednesday morning. Wednesday morning comes and goes goes with no call, no show. I call the office and speak with Victoria ,who says that she would call me back in an hour. Never got a call back, the day was wasted. Get back in touch with Victoria and was told there was a color difference between 2 loads, and if I wanted consistent color they could get the product out Saturday morning. I agreed to this. Saturday comes with a call that the truck has a gas leak and they don't want do drive on someone's property. Delivery pushed to Monday. Monday comes, another call and this time an issue with a forklift. Now we are on to Tuesday. Truck comes (finally) Tuesday at 4pm,and the order is not even close to correct. Wrong color, wrong pattern,could tell as soon as they drove by. If I give any credit,they called Wednesday and Victoria said she could ask about a discount based on all the above if we wanted to try again, but I lost all confidence as well as a week's vacation waiting so I went with another company."
