"I have harvey windows put in my house. I have alot of windows 14. Very disappointed in them. I have had at least 5 top or bottoms that the double paned glass seal broke have cloudiness on glass. Their warranty is only 10 years. I had 4 window on mudroom different company and well over 20 years and have not had the trouble with cloudiness and broken seal. I am sorry I purchased them. Never. "We had two dozen brand new Harvey Majesty windows installed in my home. These are premium wood windows designed to be stained on the inside. Every window in the house rubs when you raise the bottom sash scraping the finished wood surface. When the Harvey representative came to the house to correct several other issues (such as uninstalled seals, undercut grilles, and forgotten finder grip slots) he quickly made it clear they had no intention of correcting the issue. It should be impossible for the two sashes to rub in normal operation. This product has very poor manufacturing processes and a very weak quality assurance team. If Harvey decides to correct the issues I'll revise my review at that time."
"STAY AWAY! My elderly mother paid over $60.000 to have all of the windows in her home replaced with Harvey Windows. We called about one window because the workmanship was, to say the least, shoddy - gaps that are visible and a rough edge on the window trim. The rest of the windows weren't bad, so we were only calling about one window. I called Harvey Windows and was shocked to learn that we would have to pay $75.00 if someone came out to look at the window and determined that the window does not have a manufacturer's defect. Well, I don't know. Does poor workmanship on a window that still opens and closes a defect? Lesson learned. They do not stand behind their product no matter how much you spend! Find another company that stands behind their product."
"Had Harvey, nine full sized windows, installed on our second floor three years ago by Plymouth Glass. The the job was perfect and the windows are great. We will finish the first floor within the year. Thought you would like to know. Ed."
"Called looking for a simple part for a screen door. They don't stand behind slightly older products. They recommended replacing the entire door, I guess this is why people use the "Brand" names. One star is too many!"
