We ordered a door in October, it came three times to our home cracked and messed up everywhere. Awaiting a fourth. We have contractors at our home working on renovations. We return items, get home with new items only to find them cracked. Customer service is disgusting, we buy everything from here (a recent $5000 shed) and should be shown LOTS more respect."
