"Ha- i called their 800 number below, what a joke! No value, no service, just transferefed to the store where the automated system dumped me into a survey. Go to home deopt, they actually do care about their customers. Lowes is out of touch with their customers. Lowes is becoming a Homegoods...if you want decor items...fine. if you need hardware to build or fix a house go to HD or a supply house. My mistake for thinking they would care about someone who pays thier salary Would not take 25 dollars of unused switch and valves. I just order 7k of plumbing fixtures and supplies from home depot. Piss on their 90 day return policy. Hope it was worth losing a customer for life"
"As a loyal customer of Lowe's for many years, it pains me to write this scathing review of my recent experience at the Lowe's Milford location. The disappointing and frustrating encounter I had at this store has compelled me to share my grievances in hopes of prompting necessary improvements. Upon entering the store, I was immediately struck by the disarray and lack of organization. The aisles were cluttered, and it was evident that the items were not stocked or arranged properly. The overall impression was one of neglect and indifference. As a customer, I expect a certain level of cleanliness and orderliness, which this store failed to deliver. Furthermore, my attempt to seek assistance from a staff member proved to be fruitless. The employees appeared disinterested and unapproachable, and when I did manage to flag one down, they seemed uninformed and unable to assist me with my inquiries. This lack of knowledgeable and attentive staff greatly hindered my shopping experience and left me feeling unsupported and undervalued as a customer. The checkout process was yet another source of frustration. Despite the relatively short line, the wait time was significantly prolonged due to the inefficiency of the cashier and the lack of urgency in processing transactions. This unnecessary delay only added to the mounting dissatisfaction I was experiencing. To make matters worse, upon returning home, I discovered that one of the items I had purchased was defective. This necessitated a return trip to the store, adding further inconvenience to an already unpleasant ordeal. In conclusion, my visit to Lowe's of Milford was a disheartening and exasperating experience. The lack of organization, unhelpful staff, and inefficiency in the checkout process have left me deeply disillusioned. As a long-time customer, I had come to expect a higher standard of service and professionalism from Lowe's, yet my recent encounter has shattered that perception. It is my sincere hope that this review serves as a catalyst for positive change within this particular Lowe's store, as no customer should have to endure the frustration and disappointment that I experienced."
"Absolutely horrible experience. It took 5 !!!!! months, 2 different models, and 4 deliveries to finally get a fridge that isn't defective. Hours spent on the phone. I am still waiting to get the refund for the 1st refrigerator I returned because it was defective. Again, hours on the phone. The people working in the store were very helpful and friendly. Response to Lowe's response: I have spent hours, yes hours, on the phone trying to get my refund. Got the run around. It's the delivery side, no it's the store side, no it's.......so please don't tell me to call customer service. Went to the store (on my time), manager Dave was helpful. MAYBE I will get my refund today....."
"Stay away from window and door installation service of Lowes. My project started at around August did all the paperwork , it has not been completed yet. They miss 1 window and my porch is still without window and door. We have been constantly reaching out , dealing with folks at store and phone, they are so disorganized, especially sales guy with no proper communication once paper is signed. I am disappointed with their service & project planning."
"Lowes is consistently okay if you need something asap. They are over pushing self checkout and always have at least two people watching everyone wait in line. The checkout process is often very slow and frustrating. There are still a couple knowledgeable tradesmen in some of the departments but less and less each year."
