Raul was kind, smart and patient with me as I didn't know the lingo or understand the workings of my lamp overall. This experience with Raul has made me a lifetime customer for Crown. "Rude! Homeowner beware! These guys don't want for stand up for selling us LED lights and dimmers that are incompatible. All the manager kept saying was "Show me the receipt". We bought them a couple months ago. Stay away from these guys!"
