"I couldn’t have been more disappointed. Appsolultly no knowledge of there products. We visited with Kathy in Milford. I’ve purchased over 35 k in wolf & sub zero & Cove merchandise in the last 30 days. Our visit to Clarke was to inquire about ventilation products for our future island cooktop adding a induction cooktop to the working island and wine & beverage coolers. We couldn’t get beyond Simple questions pertaining to downdraft ventilation versus overhead . Constant double talk and very apparent lack of knowledge. My visit lasted 15 min. Before I could not take the torture any longer. You could not pay me to return. Fancy building, great displays but do not plan on picking up any valuable insight or information."
