"I can't tell right now if it's just biased because it felt like I was a kid in a candy store the entire time. But I use the message function on Google to chat with someone at the store before I came to see if they had what I was looking for. The selection of specialty fasteners for lack of better word is fascinating. I probably spent at least an hour of the 2 hours I was there in that one aisle. Definitely got a lot of "do you need any help?" but to be honest I didn't mind, the staff were very knowledgeable and if one of them didn't have the answer another one did And they knew who to ask.
