Pro Desk at The Home Depot

"My garden window came in scratched. I'm not sure how it passed facility quality inspection or how the installer didn't notice. Im not the professional, but it was obvious. Its been weeks and I still have no replacement. I don't mind mistakes, but they are not being fixed timely. The regional manager says there are computer issues at the window manufacturer making delays and incorrect orders. So I would definitely just avoid home depot project installations. For a 200 billion dollar company, that seems wildly inexcusable. There's other issues too, but you get the idea."

She excels at fulfilling orders as I need and want them. If there was one more star to give, she should get it!"

"The store is clearly understaffed. I stood at the PRO desk for over 15 minutes to get acknowledged while the 2 overwhelmed employees averted their eyes. Finally I had to interrupt to get noticed and was told to hold on as they were tied up. They clearly don't have enough help for the work load. I was told that I would be called with a timeframe of delivery for a $3000+ delivery of lumbar, and they never called. Just left the stuff in my driveway in the rain. When I called to ask, they said they were too busy to make phonecalls. I am taking my business to Lowe's or elsewhere. I suggest you do the same."
