"We were looking to install tile in our kitchen replacing an old linoleum floor. We went into Tiles Plus trying to find the perfect tile. We had samples of our kitchen cabinets, backsplash and granite but with a vast array of tiles to pick from, we didn’t know where to start. Scott came over to help us and was exceptional. He took personal interest in our project to better understand our style, concerns and what else was going on in the room. Within minutes, he had laid out 4 different tile samples on the floor for us to review. We homed in on a couple. He suggested we take the samples and view them at home in our own lighting to make sure they still looked good. There was absolutely no sales pressure pushing us in one direction or another. He gave us his knowledge and expertise and allowed us to make the final decision, which we did.
