Carl was incredibly helpful to me: super patient as I chose tile, made wonderful and knowledgeable recommendations, and had a great sense of humor, too! He even made me feel better about changing my mind on grout color at the last minute. The entire team is customer-oriented and made me and my kiddos feel welcomed in the store. "Super disappointed in a recent purchase - the costly bathroom reno is less than acceptable due to many chipped tiles. The large subway tiles used in the walk-in shower are of terrible quality. The GC/Tile professional had to remove numerous tiles that chipped during grouting process - unfortunately they were not able to remove all of them so stuck with them. Photos and a letter explaining the issue was sent to Natick and the corporate HQ and after 2 months, still no response. They do not stand by their products like they say they do."
