"Just worked with Don and he was great. Went in for a sink drain but such great service this will now be my go to place for hardware and plumbing"
"As a professional interior designer, I have worked with Linda for years. She is so incredibly knowledgeable and resourceful, she always has a solution for my projects. I will follow Linda wherever she goes to source my plumbing fixtures for my clients. She may seem brusque at first, but this is because she is to the point and gets things done. She is the kind of professionals we need more of."
"We made an appointment and spent a couple hours with Linda Clausen going over our project and looking at options in the store. She was well prepared and very knowledgeable. We will update this review once we order and our contactor installs the products."
"After many months and phone calls with Jonathan, I can happily say that WaterSpot has addressed all my concerns and has finally replaced the damaged drawer. At last, the vanity looks like it should have from day one. Jonathan is definitely the "Shining Star" of WaterSpot, and could not have been more helpful or accommodating. He personally came to my house on several occasions to make sure the replacement drawer was a perfect match to the vanity. I have revised my review to three stars, and would have gone to four if it had not been for the initial resistance and lack of helpfulness on their part. I cannot honestly give this business even 1/2 a star., but I had to click a star in order to post. Worst customer service of any business I have ever dealt with. I purchased a vanity over two months ago. It was delivered with a damaged middle drawer, noticeable scratches and marks. Waterspot was contacted immediately by the delivery crew, the damage was photographed, and I was told a new drawer would be ordered. Well, I am still waiting for my replacement. I have called the business EVERY week inquiring about a replacement, with promises of getting me a ship date, tracking number, etc., and that they will call back. They have never once initiated a call to me. I have to keep calling them. Honestly, you would be better off finding what you like in their showroom and ordering it off the internet. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with them. You will regret it. I paid over $1,300, and my vanity looks like I purchased a salvage from Building 19."
"Went last evening with the wife to see toilet options. Walked in, person at front desk did not even acknowledge our presence. So we walked around the showroom for over 10 minutes. Passing by 4 different staffs working at their respective desks. None bothered to look up to see if we needed any help. We were so excited to see this store. Very disappointed with the lack of ANY SERVICE. Imagine this behavior is before we bought a product. I could only guess how bad it would be for the "After Sale" support. If this store want to offer product at a premium price, they need to back it up with Premium service. Otherwise, how can they compete with Internet businesses. You have a store front to differentiate yourself from online sellers, Walk-in customers should be important. Hey, maybe they don't care! They think they are all that! Oh, I forgot. One lady did lift her head up, She asked the other staff about her computer issue while we were standing 10 feet from her. Go elsewhere."
