"I was passing through Brattleboro on my way back to Canada when I got a large chip in my windshield. Although it was too big to fix, Portland Glass did what they could to keep the cracks from expanding and to help me get back on the road. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. To top it all off, they didn’t charge me for the repair because the damage was unfixable without a replacement. I can’t thank them enough for getting me out of a jam. "Portland glass was OK, kind of. They changed the front window of my old Chevy Camper. It took a lot longer than expected but , what I was told, whoever put the glass in before, did something with the gasket that made these guys job harder. The only thing I know is that they reused the old gasket. I had expected them to replace the gasket as well as the glass. I had some problems with water leaking in earlier but I pray that the guys at Portland Glass did a good job fixing that. Time will tell. Anyhow, they charged me the price they promised so I really didn't have any problems except the extended waiting time."

"These guys did amazing, I called monday to get a quote. They said they could get me a new windshield overnighted and installed the next day. Unfortunately i didnt know i had a rain sensor, so the wrong windshield was ordered. So they overnighted the right windshield and installed the following day. Both prices were cheaper than quoted. And they picked up my car and delivered it home for no extra charge. The guys were very pleasant to do business with. I will come back. Hopefully not soon, though. :)"
