"Buyer beware. We recently purchased a SUV from here. It was filthy inside. The salesman said he sent it to the detailing department three times, and the work was shoddy every time. He told us that if we took it to have it detailed and sent him the bill, they would reimburse us. We submitted it (the bill) to them weeks ago and have heard nothing by the way or reimbursement. He also told my husband that they “put new tires on it.” They did not. We’ve had it only a couple of months and just had to put new tires on."
