"got a battery which the salesperson put on the rather high counter. after paying i took the battery off the counter and discovered that it was extremely heavy and wrenched my back. there were 3 people behind the counter who looked unoccupied and none of them warned me about the weight or offered to carry the battery out to the car. i'm a 68 year old person and shouldn't have had to do this. talked with the manager and he explained that they were caught by surprise that i grabbed it and didn't know what to do, so brought some of this on by my own actions. not all their fault."
