"Took our dog to Sue for years. Extremely RUDE! We sucked it up because our dog was blind and was used to Sue. The last time he went he needed the vet. Somehow he hurt his back during the grooming??? "I went to Happy Days Grooming for almost one year ! Sue is very rude but does excellent work. I have a Shihtzu who just turned 1 .On my first visit I said please do not cut her down! She responded "I will have to see her condition "when she reviewed her she said fine and she trimmed her and she looked nice! My dog went to be groomed every 4 weeks and in between visits I bathed & combed her and is very spoiled. During this time she did make several rude remarks but I tried to ignore her & thought maybe she was having a bad day! When your pet is ready they tex you and send a picture which is great and I can forward all the pictures from each month. Well two months ,ago my dog was there for several hours and I did not receive a tex. Found this strange called and she said she was ready and was just about to call . Well need I tell you when I picked her up she was all shaved down ! She said I had to shave her because she had several knots, which is untrue and even went on to say "maybe she had flees". I was very upset but once again kept quiet ,she gave me her next appointment & I left. The day before her appointment she always sends you a tex reminder and I received no tex. Needless to say I did not bring my little friend , guess she felt her rude remarks were not working so she would cut her down knowing I had never done that and she would no longer have us as a customer! "It worked"! Good groomers should also be professional if you do not wish to do a certain breed because they are alot of work, just tell the customer to go somewhere else! No need to be mean , I feel this breed is not meant to be "shaved down" that is why they look so cute !"
