"This is only on cost. They have raised the rates to trim my dogs nails from $15 to $28 now which is ridiculous. So the cost now on top of diabetes meds is $28. The staff is friendly and helpful."
"We bring our two cats and dog to Somerset Animal Hospital. The staff is awesome. They consistently offer quality guidance and treat our pets with great compassion."
"Dr.Polis along with the techs and receptionists will always have our gratitude. When we thought something was wrong with our Jelani they told us to bring her in right away and they were the first step in her recovery. Dr.Polis acted very quickly and advised us as to what our options were and was completely honest. This was one of the hardest things we have ever gone through but because of the help we received we are overjoyed to see our kitty more energetic than ever. It’s still going to be a long road but we wouldn’t want our princess to be cared for by anyone else. By coordinating her care between Dr.polis and the Swansea vet E.R. She has made great strides in recovery and we are very hopeful for her future. From the bottom of our hearts, Taylor and I thank you all for everything you do."
"I have been going here since since last year. Dr Polis, Kaylyn, Tiara, Skylar, Amiya, Kenna, Karen, Riley, Taylor and other staff devoted their time to help comfort me when my cat was terminally ill, offered treatment options to keep him comfortable, and ultimately helped me allow my best friend to cross over the Rainbow Bridge. The staff never pressured me into decisions and they always allowed me time to decide what I needed to do. Dr Polis's attention to detail, her gentle touch, and her gentle soul puts me and my animals at ease during a stressful time. I have another younger cat that goes there and we just adopted another cat through a shelter and have already set an appointment for him this coming month. If you're on the fence in deciding for a calm and thorough Veterinary office, choose this place. I have convinced a couple of friends to change their vet to here and they are so happy they did! P.S. They offer snacks not just for the animals, but humans too!!! Great for a nervous muncher like me! Update: We took our new cat to Dr Polis who attentively noticed he had some skin issues and dental issues that need to be addressed. Dr Polis and her staff explained everything thoroughly and allowed me time to make a decision of what is best for my cat. I do have to say her recommendations and treatment have made my new cat "Bee", short for "Beerus", much happier and his fur is growing back. The food recommendations worked and he is much more lovable and playing more. Dr Polis is an asset to the animal community!"
