"This place is a total scam they originally told me it was 300 for the room then when I arrived there they told me it was 700 they had giant rats all outside of the building,family of rats mind you they are supposed to refund my 100$ back and still haven’t got that back this place is shady I do not recommend it at all..they won’t even put me on the phone with a owner also don’t trust a lot of reviews these people are scammers and they will be looked at also calling the department of health there is no way these people should be allowed to just steal from you !!"

"Checked in and immediately noticed how dirty the room was, stains all over the pillows and sheets, toilet fixtures very dirty, mold on the wood fixtures around the room. Went to request a refund and cancel the stay after not even being there for 15 minutes and was denied a refund, then talked them down to only paying 25$ because we “messed the bed up” for checking the sheets. Service was absolutely terrible. The Room had an awful smell to it. Overall a terrible experience and would not recommend"

"I am surprised by the extremely negative reviews of this location. My own experience was ambivalent, but I do not have any equivalent to the complaints of dirtiness or bad service. I stayed here for 2 nights at $99/night. For what I paid, it was fine. Basic standards of cleanliness were met across the board: bathroom was clean, shower and tub were clean, clean towels were provided, sheets and comforter were fresh. A minifridge with freezer and a microwave were provided and I utilized the minifridge, which worked very well and kept my food and drinks cold. I did not have much interaction with the staff, but they were prompt, friendly, and helpful when I did speak to them. My review stands at 3 out of 5 stars for two reasons. One, the bed was brutally uncomfortable. I was quite literally sore after sleeping in it. Two, there was some sort of altercation or illegal activity at the motel while I was there, and I woke up one morning to a heavy police presence and no way to get out of the parking lot. This, in combination with some of the other reviews on this page, hints to me that this is a pattern at this location. The illegal activity evidently happening here made me feel very unsafe. I am a woman and was traveling alone, and I struggled to sleep both nights I was there because I was worried something would happen. Otherwise, I was OK with my experience here. I most appreciated the motel for its convenience to multiple locations. I used it as a landing spot to visit and explore, Fall River, Somerset, Swansea, and to enter Rhode Island and visit a few places there. P.S. if you are in the area, try Pink Bean Coffee. Amazing!"
