"We brought my mom’s new rescue dog here who was extremely nervous and insecure while she was there- simply due to the fact that she’s just a nervous and insecure dog by nature. I was blown away by the communication and effort on the part of the South Paws staff. They communicated exactly what was happening, and the different ways they were trying to incorporate her with other dogs in a safe manner. They have offered to try with her again, despite it probably being extra work for them. Thank you for caring about our dog!"

"Having been a client of South Paws for many years there have been a lot of changes over the past few years. On a positive note, in June 2023 there is new manager on board and she has done a great job in communicating and informing me of what is going on with South Paws. It is getting back to the way South Paws was under original management which was top notch. South Paws has been great in accommodating my dog and his quiet needs by ensuring he has a place to spend his time. I am very appreciative and happy to know he is in good care while I am at work. I appreciate the updates the staff provides through the report card feature on the booking app."
