"So disappointed, I will never go back there ever again. They did not have prices up ANYWHERE NOT ONLINE NOT UP ON THEIR WALLS, NOWHERE. After me and my girls get our nails done they slap me with a $350+ bill. My pedicure wasn’t dry even though I stayed for a whole gel XTreme (I believe they called it) set. If you look closely at the nails they left very evident poor texture. And the nail broke after only a few days. I got them done Thursday and they cracked and fell off today (Monday). Instantly I noticed too that they did glue my nail all the way in so there’s a huge gap and it was painful as he put the gel on, it was being and even burning when he made me put it under the UV light. I’m going to chalk this up as a lesson learned. I will never go back there and warn you that they charge you an arm and a leg. I would understand if the work was professional and beautiful and timely but it was not. I recommend you find another place."

"Honestly super disappointed on how my experience was here. I asked for squoval (square/oval) nails and even showed a picture of what I wanted. The tech had someone else come over to glue on the tips and cut them. They were cut uneven. I kept saying I wanted them more rounded and explained that my pinky was a good example. For some reason he kept filing the tops down to the point where they kept coming out square. I had to ask him to correct them at least 6 times. When using the electric filer he cut my skin by my cuticles on both my first and middle finger. He did not seem to notice me saying “OW” when he was filing or after when he rubbed alcohol on them and the cuts were burning. I left with my middle finger bleeding and was charged $112 for a dip manicure and gel pedicure. The entire process taking 2.5 hours!! The nails are all different shapes and completely uneven. It was the most stressful, pestering, and disappointing experience at a nail salon. EDIT: After one day I’ve realized he cut the skin off my ring and pinky fingers as well, all on the left hand."

"Do not come here- they always run behind and do not care about their customers. I sat down at 11:48 and two girls were waiting for an 11am appointment - first red flag. I made an appointment with Hannah at 12 for a full set. She was running 20 minutes late but got to me at 12:20 and starting doing my nails until God forbid I asked for a different acrylic color after she put a bead on the first nail. She asked me to leave after I asked for a different color acrylic at 12:40 because of her other customers, which was pretty infuriating because I was only 20 minutes into my appointment and felt I was being punished for her time mismanagement. Extra disappointing as a have a big trip tomorrow and now have to find another place to get a simple set done."

"They’re the best :) these are two different sets on different occasions. Will 100% continue to come back. The pedicures are also great and relaxing. The prices are also reasonable."

"The art is really good, but the underside of the acrylics is very sloppy with a lot of gap in between my natural nail and the acrylics. The woman who did my nails was visibly annoyed when I pointed out that one of my fingers was crooked, and the other one was pointing upwards. She fixed them, but you could tell that she was very unhappy. I had high hopes for this place. I won’t be coming back and I already scheduled an appointment to have my nails taken off at a local shop."
