Boutique Nails & Herbal spa

"I was looking forward to my experience at Boutique. Unfortunately it was not a good one. I made an appointment for 3:30 and was done with both a manicure and pedicure at 4:03. When I first walked into Boutique, they look surprised I was there. I had an appointment. A few minutes into the service they made it clear they were closing right after my services, the website said they close at 6pm. I had two separate women do my pedicure. The first one only took my polish off and placed a hot stone once on my legs, no massage or anything like the pedicure was advertised. The second women did do a good job on my polish but my toe nails are very uneven. There was very little interaction with both women who worked on my pedicure.This whole process was very rushed. As for my manicure, my polish chipped later that day (Saturday) come Sunday all my nails are chipped and or have very little polish on them. I will be going back to have them fix my nails."

"Presume the owner of the salon picks up the phone calls and book the appointment and is super helpful. A small nail salon with 4 pedicure station and about 5 manicure station. What I find lacks the most is the communication between the customer and the manicurist. There could be language barrier but if you need my foot positioned in a way better said then just slapping my foot around. The volcano pedicure is good treat to the foot with 4 different components in a box and foot stone and warm towels though I would've loved a more deep foot massage. I recommend calling for an appointment."
