"This review is based upon Daniella at Extension Haven 'N Color Lounge inside Sola Salon. This has been so disheartening. I booked a keratin treatment 6 weeks in advance, and she canceled on me with an hours notice after I drove 90 minutes down from NH back on August 20th. She vowed to refund 4x, and hasn't yet. It's been 2 months, and I'm sick of asking, so I disputed it with my credit card. Now, 2 months later, she has charged me almost $400 at random. I now live 3k miles away and was nowhere near Reading, MA 3 days ago for a service. I was nothing but polite hoping to just move forward, but now I'll just say it. She canceled because "a water problem " , but was sharing photos from Old Orchard Beach, ME on her work Instagram, which was in poor taste. This is total fraud, and so very disheartening all around. Save your time and money, and go somewhere ethical and legitimate."
