Chen's Fine Asian Cuisine

"Update: Unfortunately today I called at 2:55 for a lunch special that I would pick up I informed them and was told the lunch special time was over. Lunch special time ends at 3. Even their website still offered it to order and it's set up so lunch specials only show during lunch special times. I did mention to her that it wasn't 3 yet & it was my cell phone clock & accurate. She still said no, sorry. So I said forget it then. I get food from here a lot! I even took the time to write a positive review (below) BUT after what just happened I have to take off stars for service. I am very annoyed that they would not honor their posted and still active lunch special hours, especially as I would pick it up and let them know that. I also am not going to order from here anymore going forward. I can get a lunch special even with an appetizer which isn't even in Chen's lunch specials, anywhere up to the end of lunch special time elsewhere. After all I wasn't asking for a lunch special after the lunch time end, I did call before. Being mean to long time, frequent customers is not the way to keep them. Be warned if looking to order a lunch special before it ends, you will get turned away, don't bother just order somewhere that actually honors their posted specials hours. This place Chen's has delicious food, I just wish the lunch special came with an appetizer :). The veggies seem fresh, the staff are nice. This is a new place, new owners and only here 1-2 years tops, the old negative reviews here are not for this place, they are left over for the old place that used to be here."

"We ordered from CHENS tonight! DELICIOUS!! Never had such fabulous egg rolls!!! No filler!! Fresh & crispy!! Beef fried rice was delicious as well but the Shrimp Pad Thai was amazing!! The shrimp were actually big!! And fresh…just cooked! Delicious!!!! Adele"

I have ordered at least 5 times and the food has been CONSISTENTLY amazing (don't listen to that robert guy, I don't know what he's talking about) and my orders are prepared quickly and if I ask for delivery, they arrive before the estimated time (though I do tend to order during the non-busy hours since I'm up early). Chen's is awesome. The pineapple house fried rice alone is worth giving them a shot for."
