"Today was the second time I had a pedicure here. The first time, the pedicure was great. This time was really quite bad. First, the person cut my left big toe, which was painful and caused bleeding. Then, she harshly tried to remove a callous on the other foot, scraped off a layer of adjacent skin, and caused significant bleeding again. Both times, she said, What is this?, as if it wasn’t obvious. I will find another salon where folks are less heavy handed and more careful."
