Nail Monster

"I usually get my mustache waxed every other month (elsewhere), but I just noticed Nail Monster so I figured I would stop in to see if they had time for a drop in appointment. My first impression was the people at Nail Monster are extremely friendly! It’s very clean inside and the ambience overall is calming. During my lip waxing I had some mixed feelings about the service. When the woman went to remove the fabric strips from my lip, I could feel my upper lip being pulled from my gum line. Despite this minor discomfort, I was pretty pleased with the overall time spent ensuring the hair was removed from my lip. The woman even got tweezers to clean up a few stray hairs under my nose. Nonetheless, after my appointment, I got to my car and saw that the skin on the sides of my lip was super irritated. As a person who frequently gets this service done, I’m aware that some minor inflammation can be normal. However, after giving it the night, I can see that the skin is actually scabbing over. I’ve never experienced this before, and I’m pretty disappointed as I have an event tomorrow."

"I had a nail emergency! Two of my gel extensions popped off and my usual salon canceled my appointment last minute. From the attention to detail to the amazing service, I think I have found my new salon. Incredibly fair prices and knowledgeable. I also found out my usual salon was up charging me by having me replace my extensions every two weeks, while here they said that shouldn’t be the case and would be unhealthy for my nails in the long run. I value the honesty and the care each nail tech puts into it"

The nail technician is creative and can match and go beyond my expectations and requirements. I recommended all my friends come to the salon."
