"From my experience of going there twice, the ladies are rude. They gave me weird stares from the beginning, and they handled my nails very forcefully. I told the lady doing my nails that it hurts, and she looked very annoyed and kept dragging and handling my hands very abruptly. The lady that did my eyebrows barely spoke english; I don't think she understood what I told her I wanted and I only got half of what she was saying. The finished results of nails and eyebrows were also very poor. It was just a negative experience."

"I’ve never written a review before but this is literally the worst nail experience I’ve ever had… my regular place was closed so, I called asking to walk-in for acrylic removal and a new set. The lady over the phone enthusiastically agrees. I arrive 10 minutes later and someone dismissively tells me they don’t have time, they’re too busy. Cool; I ask when I can come back. She says “we’re too busy today”. But I called. She tells me, “sit down”. Another lady comes and starts the removal: I repeat that I don’t mind coming back later, as I’m getting another set. They refuse saying it’s alright. After the acetone soak, the lady taking off the old set aggressively files it down using a drill bit— something that I’ve never seen before. I always have it scraped off with a hand-held tool. Because she’s in such a rush, naturally, she knicks me a couple of times, and also drills too close to my natural nail. She finishes (barely, there’s still bits of acrylic on my natural nail) and then they inform that they 1) don’t do acrylics and 2) are too busy today (once again). The lady I spoke with over the phone apparently works from home and misinformed me. No apologies from anyone. Just “$10” and they wave me out. 0/10, negative stars if I could."

"I truly can’t believe this place is still in business. I just went for a gel removal - she literally ripped the gel off my fingers, then used the metal tip of the electric sander directly on the nail and filed my nails essentially down to the skin. My nails are completely broken and my cuticles are cut and bleeding on several fingers. Every time I told her she was hurting me and withdrew my hand, she just yanked it back and kept going. I didn’t say anything the entire visit except “that hurts” and when I paid, she handed my card back to me and literally shooed me out the door. Have never had an experience like that at a salon and will absolutely not go back."

"The front desk person did not understand that I made an appointment prior to coming in and started to rush me out of the store. The pedicure was barely ok, the manicure was the worst I ever had. This is beyond a bad manicure.."
