"Stopped by this location today. Witnessed the person boxing fries without gloves and touching the fries with bare hands. I asked what the policy is with regard to wearing gloves while handling food. Was told she didn't have to since she was using tongs. I didn't see any tongs but did see her touching the fries. The only person I noticed wearing gloves was the person preparing the food on the grill. These people need supervision!! We left without ordering."

"Step up your customer service game because it’s apart of your job. I should not be the one being friendly!! Food was ok but not as good as Newport Wendy which I see has a better ratings. But yea the customer service sucks! Happily won’t be going back here again because I would definitely get into an argument next time due to the rude attitude."
