"It pains me to write this review man, I have gone to this place for years. It’s obv that it’s under new ownership but the pizza for a little while was still pretty good. Last night Though?! I got the buffalo chicken pizza , which is a billion dollars for the XL pizza lol the pizza was disgusting. The chicken was brown , all rib meat chicken they use on this obvs. The dough was soggy and wet under the cheese it was the weirdest thing….Like I said it’s hard to write this about Napoli but this pizza was so gross I tossed it in the trash after a slice , my family wouldn’t eat it , even the raccoon outside looked at me and told me the pizza was gross. Idk who’s making the pizza I don’t know what’s going on up at that pizza shop but someone has to change it. 30 dollar rib meat chicken ,soggy pizza just plain BAD. DO NOT order the buff chick , do yourself a favor."
"Terrible experience. The pizza was pricey, which I wouldn't normally mind for a good Italian style pizza. I ordered extra sauce on my 2 pizzas, there was hardly any sauce on either of them. The cheese pizza crust was black on the bottom, and so burnt that the first slice cracked in half when I picked it up. The pepperoni pizza was not burnt, but was not good at all. I picked my pizzas up, and the pizza shop itself was dirty and did not smell good as you would expect a pizza shop to smell. It had this weird musty smell. The entire drive home, my car did not even smell like pizza, and I could not shake that weird musty smell. Not sure how they are still in business."
"I ordered once. They didn’t send us one drink and the regular MTN Dew was replaced with a DIET MTN Dew that expired in March (it was December). Food was just meh. Decided to give them a second chance. Food was subpar. I’m sure they’re great people, but service has been disappointing twice."
"If you like doughy pizza with soft barely cooked crust this is your spot. If you also enjoy ordering a “3-pack of cookies” for 3.99 then expect a store bought, 99 cent pre packaged cookie. What a joke."
"Very solid pizza. I’m from New Jersey, and this is some of the best New York-style pizza I’ve had up here. Just needs to be a bit chewier. A bit on the expensive side but the pizza was plenty large and tasty."
