"Ordered from here since my usual pizza place is closed on Sundays, got the house pizza and onion rings. Not very good in my opinion, the whole pizza was soggy and floppy because there was just too much stuff on it. Awful texture. The onion rings were just okay. I also thought the food was a bit expensive at first, but I think the portion size matched the price. Delivery person was on time and very kind."
"I was ordering 2 pizzas, for me and one other person (the other person has a gluten allergy) I reiterated this multiple times throughout the ordering process. Once I picked up the pizza, I had a slice and did not think it tasted like GF, I checked the receipt and no where on the receipt did they indicate the GF. I called them and asked if it was GF - they began yelling over the phone saying no and that I had never mentioned anything about it being GF, I then just asked if I could bring the pizzas back and get GF ones (2 pizzas and only 1 slice was eaten out of the pizza) the guy on the phone then began to say how I could even eat the slice if I was allergic to gluten and "it did not make any sense" I stated the other person is that one that has a gluten allergy! He then continued to yell at me over the phone saying "you don't make any sense" and I asked if I brought back just the full pizza, could I get 1 gluten-free one, he then stated that they were closed and to call back another day. I checked google and it indicated they were not closed. Honestly a very poor experience after checking reviews and GF apps to make sure this was a safe place to eat/ order from - the worker also handled this very poorly. Would not recommend."
"Called in with a co-worker and ordered an “italian grinder with everything toasted” walk to pick it up, get back to the office and here i have a dry sandwich with one slice of provolone cheese, salami and ham. Called and was told this is how he makes an Italian and i need to better specify what i want. I called i said “everything.” What a waste."
"We live very close by, and so have tried several things off the menu. Their pizzas were delicious comfort food: the greasy, rich kind that sensitive stomachs pay a price to enjoy. A man who works there was oddly combative when I asked a follow-up question about whether a topping on my pizza was ham or bacon (I had asked for my order to be made without ham). He was rude, questioning my competence. I am a soft-spoken, baby-faced woman of color, and it happens quite frequently that I'm taken by some miserable people as an easy target for their errant frustrations, and this interaction felt very much like encountering one such person. I discussed how this had made me feel uncomfortable with my partner, and we didn't return for quite a while. When we eventually visited again, the pizza dough felt undercooked, and tasted sour, as though it had been left out too long. It had a stale taste, all the way down to the cheese, to the point of being somewhat inedible in union with the grease factor. We couldn't finish it and had to eat something else. With so many places to choose from, I will not be going back to Pizza Connection."
"Highly recommend!! In my opinion this is the best pizza place in Quincy. Their steak tip salad never disappoints. I was annoyingly begging for them to get gluten free pizza and they finally did! It is the best gluten free pizza around. Perfectly crisp but soft at the same time. The owner and staff are extremely friendly and take great care of their customers. Love our neighborhood pizza joint."
