"Awful customer service. The young girls working there are always rude and act like you are inconveniencing them just by being there. No greetings and barely any words exchanged at all. I asked if they could tell me what brand of protein powder they used and she replied with an attitude that she didn’t know. God forbid she took 1 second to check. The smoothies aren’t great, no flavor or sweetness which is weird considering they’re mostly fruit… and they are usually warm which grosses me out. Have been here a handful of times and had the same experience with customer service and the smoothies. Drive to Liv’s in Woburn if you want a great smoothie and friendly customer service."

"Not a good experience. They were out of almond and peanut butter and out of all “juices”. We ordered açaí bowls and they were liquidy. The avocado was hard as a rock. It also was not cheap for this experience! We will not be back."

"I recommend the Elvis or Vacation Day Smoothie. Prices are a little high but the smoothies are well sized. Customer service is not the best but it is clear that the manager is working on that. Last time I went, the worker had cleaned the blenders (an hour before closing) and didn’t want to dirty a new one so told me they were out of fruit. Other times, the workers are nice."

"Poor and disgraceful customer service. We recently were visiting from out of town and stopped by one evening for some smoothies. The young lady who served us was very rude from the start. When we had to pay, she simply pointed to the credit card machine and walked away. She barely looked at us and simply placed our drinks on the counter without saying a word. The service was also really slow and it was an awkward and uncomfortable experience overall. We left the establishment feeling bewildered, in complete disbelief that there are actually people like that who have jobs and are being paid to do the absolute bare minimum. This is not the kind of service you expect, especially in an area with many tourists. The manager should really consider retraining their employees because it’s honestly an embarrassment!! Don’t fool yourself; the one star rating is because the drinks tasted good and the portion size was adequate. Otherwise, I’d give zero stars."
