"Absolutely worst customer service of any fast food restaurant. There is no option to call and speak to someone about an incorrect order. Only text but they don’t respond to the texts. I can understand mistakes happen but the inability to address them is inexcusable."

"usually have an okay experience with sweetgreen, but today i got my bowl and ate half of it before realizing there was a large beetle in the salad. i’m seeing other reviews complain about worms, so now im freaking out about that… not even trying to leave a bad review out of anger i’m just scared."

"$20 for 90% lettuce and 10% tasteless, skimpy toppings. I had the Fish Taco salad. I tasted no fish, no sauce, no anything really. It tasted like cabbage topped with water. I ate the whole thing then went across the street and bought an actual meal. I'm about the opposite of a foodie so it's difficult to lowball my expectations. Sweetgreen pulled it off. I cannot think of anything positive about the place but a 95 lb vegan might."
