Panera Bread

"The 2 girls working the line at 9 pm on Saturday the 20th were extremely rude. I asked her if I could have my bread bowl ans she said no you ordered a regular bowl of soup. Goes to show receipt I said yes I can read but I trying to tell you the cashier heard me wrong and ill pay more if needed. She proceeded to walk away and speak I'll about me in spanish not knowing I'm fluent in spanish and asked her "excuse me?" She said "oh um nothing" so I replied esta mi sopa de pan? And she replied esta bien in shock that I knew spanish. This is very wrong and they should realize that others know what their saying. She's the one with the pony tails with braids. I am in the service business and I left a 10 dollar tip up front and everything!! I wish I could take it back if it wasn't for the sweet cashier."

"I ordered the Baja bowl on Saturday November 18 between 2-3 pm and was served a bowl with completely rotten avocado on top and old bread. I returned the avocado and asked for more chicken. The server showed me the other Rotten avocados and I said to throw them out. She then took my bowl behind the counter so I couldn’t see and after minutes presented me with new fresh avocado on my bowl. Why didn’t I get them the first time after ordering a $15 bowl? After eating the bowl at 2 ish and hours later at around 8 pm that night I got food poisoning from Panera bread. I was sick Saturday Sunday and still today, Monday and cannot go out or to workout because I need to be close to the bathroom. I did go into Panera at around 11 am today Monday November 20 th to speakto the manager about their food service person putting something in my food. The manager was not busy at all but decided to ignore me and prepared food While the three food prep employees watched her. She didn't care about me and she didn’t want to speak to me to find out what was wrong. However, the women that poisoned me knew why I was there and she stared me down in the eyes the whole time while I waited. She knew exactly what my issue was. Please Stay away from Panera Bread at market street because you could be next to get food poisoned on purpose because you returned rotten avocados. I am writing this so nobody else is served by the same food handler that I got on Saturday."

"The “ green goodness caprese melt” is a great sandwich for a chain store, the half portion also is good enough to fill you. It could easily be 10 to 11 inches long and tastes amazing. Tomato soup was what you would expect - nothing memorable. The staff is friendly and nice …location looks nice and on the newer/ well maintained side, is clean, plenty of seating inside."

"The sandwich we ordered was good. Their bread tends to be a bit too chewy, but it is still tasty. I'm only writing the review to show how little soup you get... We ordered a BOWL of Homestyle Chicken Noodle and got this... barely half full. (Probably a good thing since it was enough salt for the entire day.) Last, look at the amount of broth. I'm not joking when I say this soup was THIN. For $8? Nope. Won't order this again. I'll stick to a coffee and pastry. Service was odd... ordered in person and they never asked here or to go, no number given, and/or no pager? Seemed off."

"Amazing place for food! I love this place! I often go for breakfast or lunch to this place. Bread and veggies are always fresh!! Food taste great. They offer vegetarian and vegan options which very nice. Drinks are good and service is excellent........!!!!"
