"I love going to Helen. I've been going there for the last 3 years. I see her every two weeks (but I can make my nails last 3 weeks if I wanted to). They are always so friendly, fair priced, and the nails look great. I get a lot of compliments."
"Very polite but unclean area. I had to ask for a clean towel because I could see nail clippings from another client. My tech rolled her eyes and put a piece of paper down on top of dirty towel. Polish was good, cuticle work was terrible."
"This is what my nails looked like after 24 hrs. I wasn't doing anything rough with them or anything I literally woke up to them looking like this. I tried to call and solve the problem but I did have to remove them cause they kept cutting me on the broken edges and the lady who always answers the phone was very rude and refused to speak to me human to human she blamed me for it. Update 9/27 it took over 2 months for my hands to heal from this awful experience. I highly suggest making sure they're not busy when you go in"
