"This location Dose NOT support people with disabilities. This salon turned away me and my service dog. I will be reporting to ADA. The refusal was because the man was scared of dogs, he said they had the right to refuse service to anyone. As I tried to explain that he was not allowed to turn us away, he did not listen and would not read the discourse printed on my phone. The man was nice. But he was unresponsive, unknowable, and unwilling to learn the law."
"One of the most uncomfortable places I’ve been too. The guy at the front desk is not welcoming . I was recommended to come here from regal nails in glenmont due to a gel nail allergy . I have eczema so my hands look wrinkled and as soon as I sat down I was starred at and they instantly started speaking in their language and laughing . It’s very disrespectful to do that to someone paying their money as grown adults they should be a little more mature. It’s a Saturday and the place is pretty empty, I see why and I will never come here again . I was also pressured to leave a tip on already a $60 nail set that wasn’t worth $60 . May dispute with my bank if possible . Go somewhere where you feel welcomed ."
"I have been going to this place on and off for 2 years. I thought it wasn’t the best but better than any shop in the mall. Today I walked in and requested A&C with tip. I showed the guy at the front desk and the lady working on my nails what I wanted. After applying the tip she asked me what pink I wanted(2 choices) so I told her to go with the light pink (I did not know anything about these powders). Finally she was done with building the nail and started putting on the clear coat. I noticed you could see the tip so I said something. I asked her if she could throw a color over it to cover it up and she said it was too late, there was nothing she could do. She said it was my fault for picking the light pink, yet she never informed me that it it wouldn’t cover the tip. Hands down the worst experience I have ever had and would never go back. This is what I asked for, and this is what I got:"
"I have been going here for about a year as my mom recommended it. I’m not going back however. I paid 45 dollars plus a 20% tip for gel polish and to get hurt by one of the employees. She filed my toe nails all the way down past the point she should have. Don’t go here. See pictures. My boyfriend immediately said they were way too short when I showed him. She asked to cut them down but never said she would file as much as possible. This one bad time spoiled it for me. I paid for ugly uneven white lines that she rushed. Save your money. Once I put my shoes on and left my toes were burning and even now they are still sensitive. Not worth it. Look closely at my big toe to see the exposed skin!!"
"We did shaping my nails and mac with Christmas design and charged $5 shaping+$35 amc+ $25 design=$65 before tip The guy behind the counter is so not friendly! He is the face of business and he just say ‘come!’ ‘go’ ‘follow me’. Pictures were taken 10 days later, and one of my nails got broken."
