"My first time here, I ordered a Carne asada burrito With brown rice, Black beans, And cheese Because there was a sign that said it was nice juicy tender meat $12.60. The meat was gray dry and chewy, The rice wasn't cooked all the way so it was crunchy. When I checked out, It came to $15.79 ??? Very disappointing"

"Craving Mexican without the hassle of cooking, and not being a fast-food chain enthusiast but driven by hunger, I decided to give Wareham Chipotle a try. Despite the mixed online reviews, my visit turned out to be a pleasant surprise. The restaurant's cleanliness, welcoming atmosphere, and friendly staff immediately set a positive tone. Unfortunately, I observed dry burnt carne asada but found the grilled chicken to be a decent alternative. The barbacoa and pulled pork appeared fresh, in contrast to the dry and aged appearance of the sofritas. I got a custom bowl with flavored rice, pinto beans, pico, grilled chicken, and guac. I was pleasantly surprised and would give 4/5 for both taste and freshness. While Wareham Chipotle revealed itself as a slight hidden gem despite my initial reservations, I would caution against ordering online. This is a place where your eyes play a crucial role in assessing freshness, making an in-person visit essential. Some items looked freshly prepared, while others seemed aged, reinforcing the importance of visual assessment. A reminder to be mindful when visiting this Chipotle – trust your eyes and refrain from ordering online via an app."

"It's hard to imagine there are many places worse than this. My wife and I placed an order tonight and I swear the food must have been made last week and left on the counter of the restaurant until we came along and ordered it. Half the food was soggy, the other half was crusty. You shouldn't be able to sand the bottom of a boat with an order of pinto beans... But here we are. This was a first and last trip to the Wareham Chipotle. Don't make the same mistake we did."

"Ordered pick up. Multiple things wrong with the order. All 5 burrito bowls had issues. Some no rice or veggies (seriously?) or added ingredients not asked for. We were too far away to rectify the situation. But now I see this particular restaurant had bad reviews to begin with. Well, I just added another one!!"

"Showed up at 7pm ordered a bowl they added the white rice move down no steak. Guy was cutting up fresh steak so waited 10min for it. Finally get steak no peppers & onions no corn scraped the bottom of salsa asked for more cheese girl said there isn't much left and it's all we have at the moment. I look at her and said with everything almost gone why don't you close. Mean while there is 16 people waiting in line as we speak and there still open for anouther 3 hours. Seriously this is the worst Chipotle I have ever been to. Asked to speak to a manager or someone in charge. She tells me there isn't anyone here in charge and the manager is home. I'm keeping my reciept and will definitely be going there tomorrow to complain to management. I feel sorry for everyone on here that has written a review who blatantly has been ripped off or at least stolen from at this location. I am astonished by the reviews I've read tonight just wish I had read them prior to going. Lesson learned and they will learn tomorrow when I return!!!"
