"Ordered on Mobile app to have it ready by 5. Didn't get home to eat it till 6PM and we live 10 minutes away. The Burger tasted like it was sitting a while and cold. Fries were cold. I got a 10 Piece Chicken nugget and I only got 8 Nuggets so it was missing 2. Think you could spare some fries? Kid's meal got extra fries and there was barley any in their. Totally ruined the night."

"The male manager couldn't have been any ruder if he tried. Very confrontational & treated my family horribly while waiting for our order on Saturday Night (11-18-23) @ approx 715pm. I would love to speak with someone about unbelievably nasty he was to us."

"As a door dasher I can say the morning crew and the mid day crews are fast and efficient. I constantly get orders from this location, and can honestly say the evening crews they have had the past year have been absolutely terrible. Never a sense of urgency when it's busy. Not 1, Not 2 but 5 people delivering and all had ridiculous long waits for food. They have no management there to push employees to get there butts out of first gear. Myself I won't accept an order from there again. I waited 12 minutes and other dasher were even longer then me. I unassigned and walked out. Definitely not fast food. It's barely fast service"

"I've used the drive thru here a lot, in the mornings. They never messed up my order or forgot my sauces or straw. I don't like "regular" coffee I always order "2 and 2" they know what it means and get it right every time. Can't think of any bad experiences. It's nothing special but but what more can you want from a McDonalds? Also, prices here are lower than the one a few miles away on MacArthur Boulevard."

"My daughter and I arrived about 15 minutes before the lunch menu was available. I ordered a breakfast burrito because they absolutely are my favorite. We don’t eat out often so when I say my favorite burrito makes my day I mean it. Haha! The manager is absolutely amazing. He came to our table and he complimented my daughter on how well she was behaved. It may not mean much to others but as a single mom who feels like she is defeated most days this meant the world to me. I often wonder if I’m doing a good job and this gentlemen sent be walking away with a smile on my face and made me proud of my daughter. Thank you sir for your kind words. You made our day today."
