Buffalo Wild Wings

"Can you please bring beatbox cocktails to this restaurant! They are so good and nothing would pair better than that and some wings! They already have this in California and Arizona locations so you should bring it here too."

"Sad to see a buffalo wild wings go into such disrepair. We went on a Sunday, 1pm during a Pats game, and it was a ghost town. Total of maybe a dozen other guests? Came to find out after we ordered drinks they were out of burgers, nachos, and tenders. That is a 1/3rd of the menu on a football Sunday gone. We headed to Hooters down the street after that news. I'm pretty sure management has given up on the place. Our server was nice though."

"I went here on Saturday night. Without a doubt one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. The place was not crowded at all. There was probably only eight tables occupied at around 5:00 p.m. they sat us right away but after 15 minutes of nobody coming over to take our drink order I had to go up to the hostess desk and ask if anyone was working. She walked over to where the waitresses were standing and within 30 seconds we had a waitress. We ordered four meals and two out of the four or the wrong order. The food took way too long to come out.The fries were extremely cold and I did not bother sending it back because I just wanted to get the hell out of there. I imagine this was because it was sitting waiting to come out but the waitress never retrieved it. Again only about eight tables but they had three servers."

"Ehhh.... the floor was so slick safe bet it hasn't been cleaned in weeks of not months! The staff seemed out of place and like they normally didn't work as a server! The food came quick and was looked good , we also ordered few kinds of boneless fingers and all were good, the nachos I will say we're the worst I've seen maybe ever, the was no cheese whatsoever and the hots were all over and too much, there was no sour cream at all, it was like eating chips plain really. Place was pretty dead for a week night and with service like that I'd say that place won't be there much longer"

"Zero stars would be still more than this location deserves. First of all it's not the first time but more like the fifth time that trying to get seated takes forever. There is never anyone at the entrance stand. I never complained before because I know that staffing and covid issues have destroyed the restaurant industry. However this my experience yesterday afternoon Friday 1/28 was absolutely ridiculous. My family and I arrived and were standing at tne empty host stand. Servers continuously walked right by us and purposely trying to not make eye contact or acknowledge us waiting. The rudest bartender (older with glasses) was really what put us over the edge. She had an Empty bar--- not one guest which makes sense because she's terrible and rude. She was walking around on her phone in her empty bar area. I finally asked her if we could be seated and she said "I'm the bartender!" The place was empty. No maybe 4 tables total and an empty bar. WE LEFT and will never return. Where was the manager-- never saw one! If your three servers can't handle a restaurant with only three tables in the dining room total (1 table each) then they are in the wrong industry. Your bartender takes the cake though. She's a disgrace."
