"This is the second pizza I received from Baccis after receiving the wrong order the first time. Clearly carelessly thrown in the box and cut while too hot. I genuinely don’t know how a pizza ends up looking like this unless someone shook it. Also worth noting this isn’t even the pizza I originally ordered. I have been coming here for years and won’t be coming back."

"We used to order here often for takeout and delivery. The food is good so we put up with poor service until it was no longer tolerable. The owner is possibly the rudest we’ve ever encountered, and that’s on a good day. We choose to support the many other shop owners out there who treat their customers with common courtesy and respect."
"I ordered a delivery when it arrived cheese on the pizza was burnt and cold where it took an hour for delivery. I called to let them know if I can get a new pizza. Spoke with the owner and he said I always have a complaint. I never complained prior to this was extremely confused.He was extremely rude and raising his voice. I was furious and informed him I would be bringing back his burnt pizza for a refund. When I arrived he was even more rude. I will never return.worst customer experience I have ever had especially being in the restaurant business myself"
