Reviews
"Super cute place & very friendly/polite staff but the pizza was underwhelming. My pizza came out with burnt bottoms and under-melted cheese chunks. (Brussels pizza) The two other pizzas were cooked better but they lacked the punch of flavor we were looking for. I ended up having to ask for salt to add to the pizzas. Ordered the cauliflower which was good. But a little pricey for the portion imo."
"Great spot! The food was amazing. Pizzas had great crust and very flavourful sauce. Drinks were awesome. Other highlights: scallop crudo & lemon meringue tart"
"Absolutely loved the wood-fired pizzas here! Tried the margherita and the fennel and sausage varieties, and both were awesome. The wood oven half chicken was incredibly flavorful and just as impressive. The overall dining experience was fantastic, and I highly recommend trying Prairie Fire"
"Loved their fire pizza. It has a nice ambience and the servers were great. I was immediately seated next to the kitchen door while all the window spaces where available. I thought at the beginning that maybe because our chosen table was for two but then several pairs were seated at these tables which made us question if we were placed there by pure bias. I think customers should be asked where they prefer sitting if the place has empty tables."
