"I ordered 5 burritos to take out to my family. They were falling apart in the words way possible. And they all had uncooked rice in them. This isn’t the first time I’ve gotten a bad order from them. But it WILL be the last. Are this point, I’ve called them 9 times. Not once has anybody answered the call. I’m completely disgusted."

"So this is a follow up. I go to Chipotle all the time. This location is the only one that rips you off in the app. I need to remember not to go to this one. $30+ dollars for 2 tiny quesadillas, 1 tiny burrito, a bag of chips and some fairly brown guacamole. So what people say is true if you get their order ahead they do not give you much food. I love Chipotle but that is ridiculous for that price. My daughters burrito was so small think size of Taco Bell burrito. Theirs may be bigger. With the new Cava open that from what I hear is a better bet than this."

"Really wanted a good burrito, however this was not it. The burrito had a lot of rice and very little meat, and was missing the sour cream. Queso was fine though. This is disappointing for how pricey it is. On top of that all of the burritos filling was cold. This location consistently has trouble."

"My experience is very similar to what others have mentioned about this location. The portions are always short, they NEVER have everything especially vegetables (these are consistently out). Plenty of staff yet can't keep the food area clean. This last visit here, the portion was small, the rice was barely cooked and of course there were no veggies. Also the main focus is never on the dining room customers, instead on the mobile and door dash orders. I don't usually write negative reviews but this location needs some real help."
