"The worse Dunkin that I have ever been to. The person who took my order was not just rude but also very unprofessional. Her customer service was attitude and action like she was paying for my food. Long story short, she made a misstate in my order. Instead of smoothing out the situation, she was arguing with me... But it's not just that. Be polite. It's ok to make mistakes... don't give me an attitude. From now on, I'm not just skipping this awful place but also making sure to spread the word through all my social media, work, and neighbors to stay away. I got lousy service before, but this was the last time I gave them a chance. WORSE PLACE EVER!"
"Pretty small Dunkins counter inside a convenience store, but I was able to get my order correctly by a student who knew what he was doing. I just wish that there were some benches to have my coffee as I don't like to go to my car and drink it. Overall, nice Dunkins in town."
"Always something wrong with my order, especially when it's a phone order. Staff is not great. They are busy but they have so many people working it should go smoothly but it doesn't. Anyone I've talked to about this location says they always screw up their order. Long line for drive thru and tight turns."
