"Great people and pets to socialize with... except for one aggressive white intact male pitbull that was left unattended in an area while his owner went back to his car. The dog charged the fence where small dogs were causing several people to leave"
"Lots of parking, large area for dogs to play in. A pen for Senior Dogs, and one also small dogs. They installed that all Pens have water for dogs. Just only one comment 'there's quite a few people who do not pick up after their dogs' that's not good."
"Love the Mashpee Dog Park. The fenced in area is huge with big beautiful trees, benches for the owners to sit and relax while the dogs play, and separate fenced off areas for smaller dogs to be separate from the larger dogs, but still close enough to interact through the fence. We loved it and can't wait to go back. Even on a cold Sunday morning there were close to 10 dogs there with plenty of room to have a blast!!"
"Overall a great park. Only downside to this park is that it really could use a different style of turf but it offers an on-site waterspout for the dogs to drink out of and trash cans to dispose of poo bags as well as extra poop bag dispensers. A pretty large amount of bench seating as well as three sections for the dogs to choose between one for elderly dogs, one for smaller dogs and a larger central pen for a mix of both as well as medium and large dogs. The regular visitors are kind and create a great consistent play group."
"Nice grounds, I enjoy that there are separated lots for senior dogs and for puppies/small dogs to be away from the "all dogs" section in the middle. It's nice to slowly integrate them if they're nervous or overwhelmed, or if they just need to be separate but can still socialize through the fence. Most of the owners and dogs have been great. Hopefully no big issues will arise during our time we plan to spend there! It's so convenient and close to us!"
