"We knew the Tuesday night after New Year's Day would not be crowded but found the restaurant empty when we arrived at 5-ish. (Four other groups arrived after us.) The manager sent most of the help home so he was on his own. Being first, we were served first, accurately, and in good time, so we left him a substantial tip as a Ninth Day of Christmas gift. We had breakfast for dinner; eggs made exactly as ordered. We had a different experience one Sunday afternoon when the place was full and people waited for a table, so pick a good day for faster service."
"IHOP knows how to reinvent itself and I like to visit their different locations when I can. The Nashua location is super clean and comfortable. The food is well preferred and tastes good. My only issue with this location is the time it takes from ordering to receive the dishes at our table. Our waiter was super friendly and courteous and made it less unpleasant for the wait. Would recommend that management improve the time to table while maintaining the level of service and quality. Update 10/8/2023: time to table continues to be a struggle for this IHOP and the food preparation lacked this time. Spent a lot of time waiting for the food to be delivered to table from ordering it. Tried to pay by app to be able to leave on time and it didn't work stating that code is not recognized. So I downgraded the food and service again. I still like IHOP and hope they address these issues."
"So so bad. I ordered on Uber Eats for curbside pickup, and called them when I got there. No one picked up the phone or took any notice of me. Eventually I just went in, to see the restaurant was nearly empty, and picked up my order. Staff was nowhere to be seen. Got home to eat my food only to see the mozzarella sticks were BURNT to a crisp. Like black. Bone dry and barely edible. Literally what are y’all doing?"
"The place is open 24*7 on Saturdays which is great if you’re hungry late night. The pancakes and jalapeño bites were both pretty good. The blueberry pancakes despite being vegetarian, had a great texture and were served piping hot. Cranberry juice was a surprisingly good pairing and the staff is very friendly. Would definitely visit again."
"This IHOP is open 24 hours on Fridays and Saturdays which is very convenient for me. I had a great experience with the staff on my last visit. We ordered spicy jalapenos cheese balls, blueberry pan cakes, orange juice and cranberry juice. I would have liked the spicy cheese balls more had they been a bit more spicy. Pan cakes are amazing and quite filling. Overall, IHOP is a great place and I am happy that it has an all access menu even in the late nights."
