"Placed an order and went to pick up the pizza after 45 mins and they had already started eating it because they said I took too long to get it smh. They decided to me a new one, however I realized the order was wrong when I got home.. I called to complain and the the clown who answered the phone started yelling and decided to hang up the phone on me. Rude, Terrible customer service and bad food. This location should be shut down."

"We don't have Papa John's often but today I received a text message for their Valentine's day Heart shaped pizza with a dessert. So, okay, something fun let's do it. Tell me how you forget the pizza?? I cannot make this up. They forgot the pizza. They did fix it and were apologetic but apparently we weren't the only ones having messed up orders tonight because the girl behind the counter was running around apologizing to everyone who came in or called in. They were busy. 3 employees clearly were not enough for for this special."
