"Order taker had an attitude. Dumplings were ice cold. One person flopped some rice in a container then, just played on their phone. Once the order taker was done taking the order, he went back to playing on his phone. The cook that was running the flat top was skilled and seemed to have the most customer service skills. White rice was a bit over. Broccoli was under. Shrimp was cleaned which was a nice surprise, so thank you for that and the good flavor from the cook running the flat top. Some decent food, some not so good sides and some atrocious customer service from the order taker area.."

"Went here with my daughter and wife after a day at the mall. My wife ordered 1 chicken and 1 shrimp dinner. The chef proceeded to put chicken and shrimp on both dishes.. my daughter can not eat shrimp.. I took the food back and asked them to replace the dinner with just plain chicken. He through the chicken and shrimp dish away and when the new plate got to the end of the line I asked for no sauce on the chicken because my daughter has a good dye allergy he said he couldn’t do that and offered me a plate of noodles. I threw them away and went to chic fil a. The service through out this entire process was abysmal especially the chef cooking the chicken. I leave here having paid 23.74$ for a plate of food no one even wanted."

"Ordered beef and shrimp with steamed rice for pickup. When I opened container, there was almost no beef and only couple pieces of shrimp. Almost no veggies either - just a lonely piece of cabbage swimming in a lake of water. Mind you, I picked it up myself, in case any of you think it was the delivery driver helping himself. Rice was not steamed whatsoever. I was boiled--OVERboiled. It was a heavy sticky mess with a texture of construction glue. Felt sick after eating their food. Will never order again from them."

"Usually pretty good up untill this past year. Got it a few times the past year and noticed the meat quality has gone way down. Kept trying to give it a chance but this is the last time I will ever buy from this location. Almost broke a tooth on this BONE. I thought it was just a piece of fat. But it is most definitely a bone. Gross."

"Located inside the Pheasant Lane mall food court. Place is known for their teriyaki chicken with veggie and rice. Simple yet very delicious! Service is super quick. Food is good in my opinion. Don't eat here expecting gourmet foods. They also have shrimp or beef as meat toppings for an extra charge. They also serve sushi. Never had sushi here but it looks ok. Sushi looks like your local grocery store sushi to-go quality. Prices here are competitive with surrounding businesses."
